The p2pcommons: A distributed information layer for research

Abstract

The peer-to-peer commons (p2pcommons) is a set of standards for Hyperdrives to improve information sharing, especially in scholarly research. In this short presentation, I will introduce the core concepts of the p2pcommons (e.g., provenance, modules), why it is relevant for scholarly research, and I highlight some of the libraries we provide to develop software utilising the p2pcommons.
